Reporting to the VP of Customer Support and Inventory Management, the SR Director of Inventory Management, leads key performance reporting, order planning activity, inventory allocation, data maintenance, and all inventory auditing activities as well as overseeing our Central Parts Warehousing and Machine Pre-Delivery Inspection Centers.

Supporting the SR Director is a team of highly motivated and professional Directors and Managers that have responsibility and oversight for each specific business unit, currently :

  • Wholegoods & Standard Attachments Distributed Products
  • Parts & Commodity Attachments Distributed Products
  • Central Warehousing and Pre-Delivery Distributed Products
  • Parts, Attachments & Central Warehousing Manufactured Products
  • Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Provide leadership and management to drive continuous improvement in product planning, order management, stocking levels, inventory turns, fill rates and distribution process.
  • Lead the tracking and analysis of asset configurations, sales history, and trends.
  • Develop reporting for all necessary metrics and key performance indicators as required.
  • Accountable for all stocking logic management.
  • Working with vendors to understand order lead times, future constraints, or products changes.
  • Implement supply chain solutions to provide the most efficient delivery to dealership locations, while helping to control costs.
  • Provide broad guidance to the team and ensure they have the necessary knowledge to effectively manage the inventory within their area of responsibility.
  • Provide leadership on parts pricing strategies to ensure Brandt achieves margin expectations while achieving revenue targets.
  • Responsible for strategic implementation and inventory management of all future locations.
  • Continually evaluate practices and processes while developing and implementing improvements.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Required Skills

  • Previous managerial experience and be a highly motivated individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic and character.
  • Must be an analytical thinker and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel.
  • Experience within the equipment industry, inventory management, warehousing or supply-chain.
  • 10+ years of relevant management experience and / or post-secondary education in Business Administration, Mathematics, Analytics, or similar discipline would be considered an asset.
