In this role, you will act as a Key Financial / Business Partner to Major Support Functions and Re-gion leadership with the objective of driving superior business performance through the provision of financial guidance and active contribution to business decision-making process.

You will be in charge of the continuous improvement of the planning and controlling processes. You will be responsible for the development of budgets & long-term plans and ensuring accuracy of Finan-cial Results & Reporting for areas supported.

In this role, you will :

Planning & Reporting :

Contribute to the annual Target setting (Budget), Latest Forecast (LF) process & monthly Latest Outlooks (LO) for business areas supported and provide reporting into Company systems

Ensure NTO related products are properly costed, reflect current business assumptions and are properly reconciled with Division

Ensure that planning exercises are based on latest operational business assumptions. Determine Risks and Opportunities beyond plans.

Support the timely and accurate month end closing process and analysis to Site, Region and

Global leadership in support of decision-making processes. Financial & Operational variances are known and root causes communicated accurately.

Improvement Initiatives :

Assist with the creation of business cases for proposed initiatives linking operational &

Financial impact and establishing clear measurement. Contribute to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards.

Training and Education :

Ensure good understanding of finance basic concepts, definitions and issues within the

Support Function leadership connecting the operational and financial impacts.

Work is performed without appreciable direction.

Exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment.

Minimum requirements

  • University Degree in Accounting / Finance;
  • Fluent in speaking / writing in English; speaking in French is an advantage;
  • 3-5 years of experience in Planning, Cost accounting in a manufacturing environment;
  • Strong and proven communication skills and leadership;
  • Previous experience directly partnering with internal customers

    Excellent working knowledge of SAP, Excel, PowerPoint

    Solid analytical & presentation skills

    Strong planning & organizational skills

    Ability to work well in the fast paced environment

    Excellent interpersonal skills

    Demonstrated ability to challenge & guide with business partners
