Customer Service Representative / Installer
A prestigious market leader, our Client is a luxurious, high-end design Plumbing and Hardware Company is looking for a unique individual who possesses the ability and skill set to work both in a Customer Service and Showroom Display Installation role.
The successful candidate needs to be a quick learner, problem solver, and a true Customer Service Professional. This business is extremely technical and requires someone who can handle high -
end quality products. This unique position will keep you on your toes! You will work three days a week as a Customer Service Representative in the showroom, and two days a week in installation.

Previous Customer Service experience
Background in luxury dÃ cor
Warehouse and showroom experience
Technical experience with plumbing fixtures an asset
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
Answer phone calls, check orders, and process payments
Communicate with vendors, check purchase orders, knowledgeable in shipping times, Customer Liaison
Proficiency in dealing with customer complaints and quality control
Working in the showroom and on displays
Painting, drywall patching and repairs, and minor plumbing
Comfortable with using hand / power tools
Monday -Tuesday & Thursday - Saturday
Wednesdays and Sundays off
