Job Title : Business Development Manager - Collaboration Technologies

Position Overview :

Provides Engagement over-sigh and for Digital Workplace Collaboration technologies. Is the Liaison between the Sales team and the customer, positioning and selling Collaboration Solutions, focused on professional services.

Manages the engagement process from opportunity identification to project close. Plays the role of executive sponsor on projects and works to align pre-sales and delivery resources to ensure business outcomes, requirements and customer satisfaction is met.

Works to develop standards across the practice that will help accelerate the sales process and allow for strategic growth.

Position Responsibilities :

  • Engages to help drive Collaboration Professional Services sales with a target growth of 10%
  • Works to set standards for pre-sales engagements to optimize engagements
  • Provides weekly forecasts for sales opportunities
  • Data-mines existing customers and subscription sales to maximize potential engagements
