The Team Leader is an experienced individual who provides primary supervision to front line staff. Service plans for those with more complex disabilities, coordination of assessments, person-
centered planning, and plan implementation. We hire proven, enthusiastic professionals with 2-3 years of Supervisory Experience who can :
Model and help others develop healthy relationships and positive interactions.
Motivate staff and co-workers in their professional growth.
Oversee staff assisting individuals to complete daily tasks, while encouraging independence and positive choices.
Encourage individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to pursue healthy living, fitness, recreational activities and positive behaviors.
Assist individuals to achieve their full potential in employment, social, community, and residential environments through the development of person centered support plans.
Provide professional and timely communication to families, parents, staff, government and supervisors.
Mentor and lead your team by displaying a positive attitude and the ability to motivate others
Demonstrate skill in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and those you supervise
Diploma or degree in the Community Disability Services field
Show progressive experience working with more complex disabled individuals and other specialized training
Demonstrate supervisory experience and organizational ability
