The Sous Chef reports to the Executive Chef. We are looking for an energetic, hospitality professional with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, have a passion for service and people.
Applicants will be a willing team player, comfortable with computer systems including MICROS, Office, and HOTSOS and is willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote team work.
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
