Miles HR has a part time opportunity for a Social Media Coordinator to join our well-established, professional HR services team.  Miles HR has been a trusted leader in providing clarity to complex recruitment and HR projects for over 18 years.

About The Position:

With experience in social media content writing for professional services the Social Media Coordinator will create both visual and written engaging content for a variety of social media platforms.  An understanding of B2B engagement practices and a working experience in HR or labour market is beneficial.  The ideal candidate will embrace diversity and inclusion in all touch points that are produced.  They will thrive in working with detail under tight deadlines while being an excellent communicator.

Our main area of recruitment solutions is for fulfillment of corporate administrative, HR, customer service, accounting and finance, legal, IT, engineering, property management, marketing, project management for public, private and government organizations.

The Role:

  • Execute a results driven social media strategy
  • Develop engaging content for social media platforms
  • Create, edit and write video and photo content
  • Maintain unified brand voice across all platforms
  • Respond to social media messages, inquiries and comments
  • Review analytics and create reports on key metrics
  • Ensure all content embraces diversity and inclusion
  • This is a part time position located on the North Shore, possibility of wfh

About You:

  • Post-Secondary Diploma | Degree in marketing or nearing completion
  • Strong content writing, copywriting and editing skills
  • Proficient with video and photo editing tools
  • Experience in professional services a bonus
  • Detail oriented with the ability to produce content under tight deadlines
  • Experience using digital media tools
  • B2B experience an asset
  • Experience with all social media platforms including linkedin
  • Experience with community engagement
  • Experience with producing reports and analyzing metrics and driving market performance
