Create and implement innovative marketing strategy, including advertising strategy
Monitor and evaluate the success of marketing goals, tasks, advertising campaigns
Manage marketing budget
Create, monitor and update social media accounts including social media advertising
Maintain a pulse on the local market conditions, track vacancy rate and home sales trends
Maintaining accurate inventory
Collaborate and build strong relationships with various departments and levels within the organization
Manage your direct team's performance
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing preferred
Preferred 5+ years of experience in marketing management
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Flexible to adapt in a fast paced environment, prioritize and multitask
Experience with social media advertising, Company websites, graphic design and copy writing
Analytical with a focus on making data-driven decisions
Able to collaborate with multiple teams across the business
