Position Overview :
In the position of Account Supervisor, SEM (THEO), you will be part of an integrated team providing a holistic approach to the full suite of media and analytics for one of our major telecommunications clients.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of paid search marketing initiatives. This includes managing the execution of search marketing strategies based on the client's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Create, manage and execute strategic search marketing plans that meet client’s goals
Define and manage search and display marketing campaigns for Fortune 1000 clients
Create, present and gain client approval on insertion orders, campaign strategies and tactics
Oversee and deliver on Account Management business processes
Maintain positive client relationships, expectations and communications
Forecast, generate and maximize revenue opportunities with clients
Monitor, track, evaluate and optimize campaign performance to maximize client investment
Scope and develop new business with companies looking to meet their marketing goals using search marketing
Cross-functional campaign development with internal SEO team
Build on an existing level of search engine marketing expertise and develop a reputation for innovation and efficiency
Stay up to date with industry trends and developments in search engine marketing, digital marketing as well as consumer behaviour and recommend improvements to accounts
Aid in creation of new business presentations, POVs, best practices and key process documentation
What You Bring :
Minimum of three (3) years of paid search experience
Bachelor’s degree or relevant college certificate
Major account / client management skills and complex paid search campaigns; multi-level sales / selling down and horizontal into accounts.
High level of attention to detail and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple accounts
Ability to interact in a professional manner and deal with clients face-to-face
Experience using search advertising platforms (Google AdWords, Bing Ads)
Experience with analytical tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends, Omniture)
Experience with Bid Management tools (SA360)
High level of technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Technical and analytical mindset
Google Certification is an asset
