What you’ll do as a Brand Associate :
We’re looking for a talented brand professional who’ll be right at home in a dynamic environment, working with dedicated, energetic people.
As a Brand Associate on the Brand Realization team you’ll be developing, coordinating and executing marketing strategies that fit our customers’ changing needs.
You’ll work collaboratively with various departments including consumer insights, creative, operations and business analysis to consistently develop and deliver marketing campaigns that are on-target and on-brand.
Consult on, develop and execute in-market campaign strategies supporting our overall brand vision based in strong media planning, metrics and data that include objectives, measurement, strategies and budget allocation and more.
Execute digital marketing including : testing and learning, user acceptance testing, trafficking ads, tracking metrics, updating teams etc.
Lead projects by developing highly detailed workback schedules and ensuring all elements of the project are on track by working with teams across the organization and external agency partners
Collaborate with internal departments (i.e., Business and Data Analysts, Operations / Production, Legal, Creative, Digital Product Managers, etc.
to ensure marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget, and to represent the voice of the customer within our cross-functional teams
Work closely with external stakeholders to align on creative direction and provide ongoing status updates
What you’ll bring to the table :

Basic qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
At least 1 year of experience in digital and / or media planning
At least 1 year of experience in a marketing / brand role in an agency environment
Preferred qualifications :
1-2 years experience in traditional media planning
1-2 years digital marketing experience
