Impark, one of north America's largest parking operators, is currently seeking to fill 2 Full-time positions for our Edmonton Branch.
Full time positions will be based on 40 / week. These positions are responsible for adhering to all patroller functions for multiple parking facilities within Edmonton area.
These positions can be days or evenings in nature and will include weekends.
Maintain proper uniform / dress code standards
Be diplomatic at all times when dealing with the public.
Maintain assigned equipment and supplies inclusive of patrol unit, handheld units, cameras, cell phone, first aid kits, and fire extinguishers.
Responsible to ensure personal safety inclusive of reporting any incidents or accidents immediately to your supervisor.
Responsible to ensure that all methods of payment within the Lot have been verified for payment compliance.
Requesting tows and keeping proper records of all tow requests.
Provide assistance to any customers requiring help on any Lot.
Recieve and investigate parking complaints from CSR's, OM's and higher when required.
Report any unsafe condition of lots inclusive of meters,signage and curbing.
Excellent communication with internal and external customers and coworkers.
Strong attention to detail.
Technical ability to operate required equipment.
Strong understanding of personal Health and Safety when working alone.
Holds a valid Class 5 Driver's and can produce a drivers abstract.
Abilty to work in the elements as this position is a driving and walking position.
