The prevention technician is an important player in the development and implementation of programs, plans and programs. action and health and safety procedures, in accordance with the laws, regulations in force and the policies of the School Board.
It has a role in promoting and supporting the company's health and safety culture. He is also involved in training and coaching staff and managers on aspects of workplace injury prevention.
Assess risks in the work environment (machine safety, laboratories and workshops, ergonomics of workstations, work at height, psychosocial factors) and participate in the issuance of recommendations.
