The Freelance Service Representatives (FSR) is responsible for successful deployment of our freelance / on-call flexible Part Time team to support events, peak sales periods, backfill support, visual merchandising and in-store selling support.

In addition, the Freelance Service Representative will :

  • Work collaboratively across the COE team, partner with People CoE Team to share analytics, reports and communicate resource gaps to FSA / Manager who will establish and maintain a diversified, highly-
  • qualified pool of freelance staff

  • Leverage a workforce management tool (FMS) to help fulfill and support all requirements for scheduling, time & attendance, communication, and tasking & performance to help manage freelance / Part time employees
  • Support HR and Payroll teams to ensure Freelance HR Compliance, payroll accuracy and provide insight to workforce productivity.
  • Provide reports and analytics to FSA / Manager / Executives / Education COE to help identify training / education requirements and update records accordingly, help schedule trainings with Education CoE system, ensuring no oversights and double bookings
  • Share insights and knowledge gained through FMS analytics and reporting to deliver STD, YTD spend reports and sale productivity against hours
  • Effectively communicate and engage Freelance Community through FMS platform to ensure up-to-date information regarding company initiatives, scheduling, brand execution guidelines and expectations, and update records to provide reports / notifications to manager / executives on freelancer performance.
  • Be an ultimate ambassador for the freelancer community, supporting company policies by leveraging influencing skills
  • Enjoy meeting and interacting with people and demonstrate an enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Key Responsibilities Include :

    Provide System Administration :

  • Provide reports and analytics to help COE maintain a diversified, highly-qualified pool of On-Call / Freelance nationally
  • Ensure enough candidates are queued to sufficiently meet business demands across various segments (e.g. regional stores, brands, requisite skills, etc.)
  • Pull reports and analytics to identify retention / turnover to proactively engage with People CoE / HR / recruitment to source / pipeline additional talent as needed
  • Manage freelance management tool including up-to-date employee data, monitor qualifications / certifications, availability
  • Effectively communicate and engage Freelance Community through FMS platform to ensure up-to-date information regarding company initiatives, scheduling, brand execution guidelines and expectations and update records to provide reports / notifications to manager / executives on freelancer performance.
  • Support HR and Payroll teams to ensure Freelance HR Compliance, payroll accuracy utilizing reports and analytics
  • Provide productivity reports on freelance performance to manager / leadership as requested
  • Liaise with People CoE / HR and serve as approver for freelancer day-to-day needs including shift swapping, and leave requests based on guidelines established by FSA / Manager / Brand / Field Executives
  • Support Brands and COE to reinforce for Guidelines :

  • Work with FSA / Manager / Field Executives and provide visibility via reporting / analytics to identify priority and fulfillment guidelines as it relates to scheduling (e.
  • g. priority doors, specific events, days of the week, etc.)

  • Input freelance budget by brand, per direction of manager, to provide baseline for allocating resources within the budget and proactively identifying any issues via reports
  • Provide reports and analytics to FSA / Manager / Executives / Education COE to help identify training / education requirements and update records accordingly, help schedule trainings with Education CoE system, ensuring no oversights and double bookings
  • Provide Effective Schedule Deployment :

  • Ensure pool assigned to most relevant positions (e.g. skill set / qualifications, location).
  • Frequently assess expertise and performance to match talent to schedule / priority doors and review auto-match capabilities, reviewing notifications and dialing up discrepancies to manager as required for review / approval
  • Manage freelance management system including up-to-date records of personnel, monitor qualifications / certifications, availability
  • Track Effectiveness

  • Utilize system to monitor fulfillment of assignments and notify managers of any issues
  • Provide reporting and analytics to manager / People CoE / Field Executives to help identify highest performing talent via productivity and in-
  • store feedback on performance
