CMP has state-of-the-art design and manufacturing facilities with facilities in Chateauguay, Quebec, near Montreal and Binghamton, New York.

These facilities allow us to produce and support the most complex designs for our customers.

Reporting to the General Manager, the advisor will play the role of a talent acquisition specialist for the CMP plant located in Châteauguay.

Main responsibilities :

  • Establish a strategy to increase our visibility on social media
  • Develop and implement a standardized recruitment process and support tools
  • Provide and implement recruitment strategies for each position
  • Implement innovative solutions to encourage employee referrals and use of our employee networks in the search for talented candidates
  • Prepare job postings and manage job postings on CMP’s Careers page as well as other relevant job websites.
  • Adopt a proactive strategy to find candidates for vacancies and create a talent pool for future recruitments.
  • Develop and implement a strategy to promote the employer’s brand image.
  • Develop tools to facilitate the integration of employees;
  • Perform other related duties.
  • Required profile :

  • You have a university degree in human resources management, industrial relations or any other appropriate discipline.
  • You have at least five to seven years of relevant experience in a talent acquisition specialist role.
  • You have acquired a solid knowledge of best practices, tools and staffing processes.
  • You master the MS Office suite and have ease with computer tools.
  • You are a member of the Order of Certified Human Resources Advisors (an asset).
