This position is a 12 Month contract

The Team Lead of ARC is assigned with overseeinga group of Audit Reconciliation Representatives assigned to specific functionsthat ensure the overall goals and objectives of the department aremet.

Specifically, this Team Lead will be tasked with certifyingthat all desired measurements as it pertains to either Audit Reconciliation orRisk Identification are met with remarkable levels of service to internal andexternal customers.

This Team Lead willalso be responsible for overseeing national remarketing activities and workingwith Risk Managers to recover on delinquent and default accounts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Assist in hiring, training, developing and retaining the Departmental staff to accomplish the Department’s goals.
  • Mentor and Guide staff to desired results such as quality, quantity and intangible items that lead to the customer experience.
  • Ensure desired metrics of the department
  • Writing and presenting coaching reports in the affirmative or constructive
  • Accountable for implementation in order of operations / operational plan for the Department.
  • Ensure areas of responsibility comply with policy. Sample audit monthly to ensure compliance.
  • Work in conjunction with all team members in sales, operations and leadership
  • Supply reporting as it relates to volume / quality performance metrics and goal objectives to Director of Audits and Reconciliation.
  • Manage national remarketing inventory list and oversee all repossessed vehicles sales to ensure inventory is liquidated at fair market value
  • Qualifications

    Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

  • Accomplished Supervisor or hourly employee having lead a group of employees or lead the group in which they worked in proven results.
  • Experience recognizing risk warning signs.
  • Able to effectively and professionally communicate with entry level employees to top level executives.
  • Must possess excellent customer service attitude / skills.
  • Education and Experience :

  • Post Secondary degree preferred (but not required).
  • Previous supervisor skills or top level performance (at least 1 year).
  • Industry knowledge or experience equivalent.
