What will your typical day look like?

You will proactively manage senior team members’ schedules, including coordinating with client and business-related activities with minimal input and direction.

Anticipate and support the team within an agile workplace, including location and reservation of appropriate space and other required resources, manage travel, expenses and time reporting.

Assemble, format and proofread executive presentations and briefing materials. Research options and source corporate gifts.

You will also, identify requirements for meetings and events, and arrange appropriate support, including researching venues, securing reservations, determining menus.

Coordinate and attend internal / external meetings as requested to document action items for independent follow up.

About the team

The role of the Senior Executive Assistant is to provide administrative and project support for a member of Deloitte’s Leadership Team.

The successful candidate will work alongside the Managing Partner for Ontario to provide superior administrative support.

The selected candidate will be detail-oriented, anticipatory, highly organized and able to work independently in a fast-

paced environment, all the while demonstrating discretion and the ability to manage confidential information. This position will be based in Toronto.

You are someone with :

  • Minimum 8-10 years of customer service and / or administrative experience (experience supporting Executives is an asset) in a professional, customer-
  • service driven and fast-paced environment

  • Ability to deal with highly confidential information, diplomacy, conciliation and discretion are all vital in this role
  • Confident communication (written and verbal) and active listening skills are critical
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Advanced-level knowledge of common industry software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat
