What You Will Do :
The Contracts Manager is responsible for the administration and management of Fidelity’s vendor contracts.
Assist with the proper setup, operation, and maintenance of a contracts management database and ensuring all contracts and related documentation are stored in the contracts management database.
Ensuring contracts are reviewed and renewed before renewal, expiry, and termination.
Summarizing, assigning, and tracking key contractual obligations.
Responding to contract queries from the Procurement Team and the business and conducting basic contract analysis with the oversight of a Procurement lawyer.
Assisting with the management of the contract negotiation process and working with stakeholders to address concerns and resolve disputes.
Educating the business on contract requirements under the Fidelity Canada Procurement and Vendor Oversight Policy
Maintaining a contract work in progress (WIP) document, following up with various stakeholders on contract status and execution and providing status reports on contract negotiations.
Perform other Procurement-related tasks, as needed

What We Are Looking For :
2+ years of related experience
Experience in a contracts management or administration role or related field
Knowledge of contracts law
Experience in financial services industry
