The Manager, Compensation & Benefits is accountable to monitor market conditions and government regulations to ensure the Company’s pay structure is current and competitive.
Through analysis on wages and salaries, the Manager will evaluate how the pay structure compares with that of competitors and other industry leaders.
Furthermore, the Manager will identify the right Total Rewards packages for the population and govern Company benefits programs which may include retirement plans, leave policies, wellness programs and insurance policies such as health, life and disability.

Leadership / Emotional Intelligence : Demonstration of superior leadership, motivational mentor instilling entrepreneurial spirit and empowerment
Vendor Management : Harnessed with a superior level of professionalism, interface with vendors on design and program changes.
Spearhead partnerships with local and global consultants focused on consistently elevating the level of service
Strategic Thinking : Keen business awareness, critical analysis and integration of information with the ability to develop and implement action-oriented plans with strong emphasis on deadline delivery
Program Management : Provide expertise and advice on compensation and benefit matters, driving for enhancements to better align with competitors.
Develop recommendations for improvement along with reviewing economic climate and market norms

Are your credentials in-line with our need?
Educated to Compensation and / or Benefits Certification level or equivalent
Substantial experience in Compensation and Benefits leadership
Upbringing in both CAD, U.S. and International programs , multi-currency complexity
Developing and implementing programs and leading change management
Leadership expert with a proven track record of team development
