For this role’s duty and responsibility we anticipate that you will be in the office 10% of time, and travel within North America 40% of the time.

A Day in the Life
Prospect, Build Leads and Sign Net New National Accounts across USA and Canada
Build and maintain a prospect list that focuses on Our Customer types, including Multi-Site Facility Management (Retail), Construction and Waste
Expand and build new business through a combination of emails, phone calls, networking through trade associations, conferences and in-person client meetings
Work closely with the Commercial Sales Operations teams to develop custom solutions for recurring service needs that address our prospective customers needs
Work through Procurement and Legal to negotiate recurring buying contracts and agreements with net new customers
Establish and develop relationships with corporate clients across North America
Work closely with the National Account Managers to transition new client accounts
Track and manage all activities and opportunities into Salesforce CRM
Manage the activities required for effective relationship and business management through utilizing our Salesforce CRM
What You Bring to the Table
Proven experience in an Outbound, Customer Facing B2B Sales environment
Proven Business Development success in a B2B Sales environment
Ability to travel across North America up to 40% of the time
Proven experience working with Executive Level and business owners
Proven track record of success in meeting sales targets and performance KPIs
High-level, strategic selling skills derived from working in B2B focused environments
Ability to quickly connect, and build trust, with existing customers
Demonstrated experience prospecting new clients through sequential based, multi-channel, sales outreach (email, calls, linkedin, etc.)
A passion for personal and professional growth, with a winning attitude
Strong communications skills including presentation skills
Previous sales experience of selling to facility management an asset
