Job Description :

Select is looking for a Sales Manager for our client in the Agriculture Industry. This is a permanent, full-time position for someone who will drive business results through enhanced customer relations and the creative support of a cohesive sales team.

  • The rate of pay will be a salary plus bonus structure ($90 - $100K / year)
  • Monday Saturday
  • Position Summary :

  • Build & establish relationships with customers to understand their needs and how to meet those needs effectively
  • Providing customers with information regarding farm machinery and heavy equipment
  • Working with the sales team to cultivate innovative sales strategies and produce growth targets
  • Forecasting goals for sales, gross, and key expenses
  • Ordering inventory
  • Analyzing contracts and reports
  • Required Qualifications :

  • Previous sales management experience with agriculture, heavy equipment, and / or farm machinery, with the drive to exceed customer expectations
  • Availability for travel within Southern Alberta
  • Analytical approach to problem solving
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • High level of integrity & strong sense of accountability
  • Ability to be flexible in response to changing priorities and needs
  • An enthusiasm and passion for nurturing and motivating a team
