Procter & Gamble is seeking a highly motivated individual for a TerritoryManager role within our P&G Professional Oral Care Organization.
P&GOral Care is a leading manufacturer and marketer of Crest and Oral B Productsaround the Globe.
The Territory Manager role is a multi-faceted field selling positionresponsible for overall management of a designated territory and dealermanagement.
The Territory Manager collaborates with their manager indeveloping / implementing strategies and business plans that deliver sales andvolume targets.
The Territory Manager is also responsible for targets associatedwith getting professional customers and key accounts within the assignedterritory to recommend Crest and Oral B Products as well as working with ourdealer network to identify sales opportunities within the defined territory.
TerritoryManagers sell to a variety of end-users in the dental industry. The salesprocess begins with understanding our professional customers' (dentists andhygienists) business, utilizing available information to explain the productbenefits, and finally persuading our customer to purchase and recommend Crestand Oral B Products to their customers.
Territory Managers are expected todevelop expertise in areas such as product knowledge and technical support.This role alsohas Dealer Branch Management and University of Alberta management expectations.
We are lookingfor an individual who has demonstrated : Territory Management capabilities(Routing / Opportunity identification / Personal Relationship Development) andStrong Sales Acumen.
We are seeking applicants who are problem solvers as wellas excellent communicators.
Aminimum of a bachelor's degree is required for the position.
TheIdeal candidate would have professional experience in : Dental or Oral caresales, Healthcare sales, Pharmaceutical sales, Consumer Goods, or a Sciencebackground.
Other sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Expectationsof the role :
Weekend and evening attendance at conventions and other dental continuing education events.
