Supporting the marketing team with the implementation of strategic marketing initiatives and programs to drive organic growth for our dental practises
Help drive the implementation of various marketing initiatives for dental practices that includes audits, traditional and digital marketing, social media, website redesigns, playbook creation, SEO, etc
Administrative duties such as contact reports, invoice processing, etc
Contribute to a culture of service to our dental practice community ensuring a superior level of engagement and support from the marketing services team
Administer and coordinate the ongoing maintenance of marketing programs or processes
Update and maintain manual and automated information in all related databases
Support the department with additional projects and tasks
What we’re looking for
Previous experience with B2C marketing experience preferred
Experience in marketing is considered an asset (e.g., additional course work, initiatives outside of regular course work etc.)
Self-starter with exceptional project management abilities including managing budgets, vendors and deadlines
Strong business acumen, analytical abilities, interpersonal and English communication skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
Relationship builder : natural ability to develop new and effective relationships with internal and external partners.
