What are you going to do?

As a recruiter you will be based in Canada and be part of our North American Recruitment team which reports into our Global Centre of Expertise for Recruitment in the Netherlands.

You will be responsible for finding talent to fill a variety of roles; from frontline workers where speed and agility is key to ensuring our production processes keep up with our promises to our customers to strategic roles throughout Canada.

With your skills you will guide hiring managers through the selection and interview process and put together candidate offers, keeping our diversity and inclusion ambitions top of mind and effectively managing the time it takes to fill positions.

The North American Recruitment team is still quite new, so filling vacancies is not all you will be doing; you will help drive improvements to our processes, act as an ambassador towards the business and learn with us as we take our next steps towards a world class recruitment function.

The Recruiter will report to the Global Talent Manager.

What are your key accountabilities?

Execute our hiring processes from start to finish for a variety of roles;

Creatively source talent by thinking out of the box to make sure we can win in tight labour market conditions;

Manage the interview process and implement improvements to make sure we hire the best people for the roles while delivering a great candidate experience;

Proactively engage with your key stakeholders including hiring managers, HRBP’s, HR Services;

Develop sustainable solutions to support the professionalization of our recruitment process such as training for hiring managers;

Help us to realise the value of our strong employer brand in the Canadian labour market.

What you bring

Bilingual in English and French;

5+ years experience preferably in recruiting and talent acquisition and ideally within the Canadian labor market;

Experience in a corporate (and global) organization.
