The Visual Associate is responsible for ensuring the best visual and creative proposition to promote TOPSHOP / TOPMAN as the ultimate destination for fashion. Who You Are :

  • You Also Have :

  • 1 to 3 years of retail experience
  • A fashion forward individual who is aware of all new, cutting edge trends and themes, collecting ideas and inspiration from catwalk to high street
  • Loves working at a fast pace, and in a demanding environment
  • As The Visual Associate, You Will :

  • Actively understands Brand vision, visual guidelines and standards (including model store)
  • Interprets all brand visual guidelines to a workable and commercial visual merchandising plan for own store
  • Works effectively with both national Brand Visual team and store team to deliver the best solutions for the business
  • Support sales floor when needed, and build professional relationships with floor staff / management
