We are seeking a talented Project Manager Co-op to join our Delivery Team. As a Project Manager Co-op, You will provide administrative assistance, in addition to coordinating various small-scale projects of your own.

You will be exposed to many aspects of Agile project methodologies including taking part in scrums, working in a team environment, and coordinating internal projects for Appnovation.

You will report to the Director, Delivery, and support our PMOs and Project Managers with existing consulting projects.


  • Actively drive the TES department’s weekly revenue recognition process.
  • Project setup in OpenAir according to project requirements established in SOW
  • Attending and scribing client meeting notes
  • Support project managers on documenting projects (including updating project timelines, documenting resource needs, saving project files to Confluence and Google Drive)
  • Setting up, with an opportunity to assist in leading key internal scrums
  • Assisting in creating process improvement documents for internal use
  • Following up on the status of Jira tickets, and hours worked against each ticket
  • Following up with the status of project team member tasks
  • Assisting in maintaining project dashboards, as per the notes of the project manager
  • Learn our CRM and PSA systems (NetSuite, OpenAir).
  • Prepare various project reports.
  • Monitor and resolve action items and issues.
  • Ensure proper setup, organization, and maintenance of project repository, artifacts, and tools.
  • Assist project managers with project support tasks e.g setting up dashboards, taking meeting minutes, compiling project kick-off decks, creating client status reports.
  • Review of project team timecards and expenses.
  • Assist in preparing client invoices and processing subcontractor invoices.
  • Coordinate on-boarding activities of project team members.
  • Plan and organize project reviews and stakeholder meetings.
  • Help implement and improve operational process.
