JOB DESCRIPTION

Wehave a great opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative tojoin our team in Ottawa Canada.In thisrole you will be supporting our calibration lab by providing administrativesupport such as equipment receiving, packing and shipping, updating database,quoting, coordinate third party work, invoicing, plan and organize calibrationschedule with customer.

ResponsibilitiesInclude :

Issue andtrack customer units for services performed by Tektronix or outside vendors andarrange.

Arrange formovement of customer's equipment to outside vendor for calibration or repairand for return to customer.

Reviewcustomer purchase order for services required.

Enter data tocomplete services, labor and parts elements of invoicing spreadsheets.

Identifyadditional work performed beyond the scope of original quote.

Respond tocustomer inquiries regarding job status, review with management or technicianand relay to customer as required.

Perform orassist with any operations, as required to maintain workflow and to meetschedules and quality requirements.

Generatereports as required Quotes and schedules onsite events.

Shipping andpacking customer equipment.

Perform otherrelated duties as assigned.

Thesuccessful candidate will possess the following combination of education and experience :

Required :

  • Canadian Citizen or permanentresidence or valid Canadian work permit.
  • A minimum of 2 years ofcustomer service experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent computerskills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Works productively in a"team environment".
  • Controlled Good Program(CGP) security clearance.
  • Demonstrates excellentverbal and written communication skills with employees and customers at alllevels. - Excellent work ethic and multi-tasking skills.
  • Exhibits meticulousattention to detail and is committed to producing accurate and high-qualitywork.
  • Able to work a flexibleschedule with occasional overtime.
  • Preferred :

  • Experience dealing withcustomer inquiries in person and by phone
  • Prior experience withcalibration industry is a plus.
  • Experience in Oracle,Gage or other CRM experience a plus.
  • Prior experience withinvoicing is preferred.
