As a Product Owner, of Personalization & Targeted Customer Experiences you will own the personalization strategy and execution on the website for all mobility customers and ensure a seamless experience from our marketing campaigns to our website.
In this role, you will work with a broad range of stakeholders in digital and marketing to come up with strategies and tactics that will ultimately drive more existing customer sales online.
You will champion ideas on how to improve our experience through content, offers & design offers and continuously test and learn new ways to do this.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working in ambiguity, pushing the status quo and loves using data to drive decisions.
You will lead a delivery team of designers, developers and content writers, building a backlog of user stories which you will regularly refine to ensure the team is working on the highest priority items.

1. Someone who has previous experience with leading personalization strategy and / or execution
2. Someone familiar with the Adobe suite (Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager)
3. Working in an agile environment
