Required Skills & Qualifications :
Must have an unrestricted Class 5 (non GDL) Drivers License and provide a three year Drivers Abstract
A strong knowledge of Edmonton and the surrounding area, and confidence in driving in a variety of road conditions as required
Represent Paladin with a high level of professionalism / customer service skills, as well as effective communication skills in dealing with clients, emergency personnel, and the public.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and make sound decisions in emergency situations with minimal supervision
Ability to carry out written and verbal instructions including writing comprehensive reports and maintain patrol records
Must be capable of handling private and confidential information with a high degree of discretion
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts (nights / weekends / days) in this 24 / 7 industry
Essential Job Functions :
Professional representation of Paladin through driving and conduct
Driving city streets during a variety of road and traffic conditions
Use smartphone software to conduct nightly patrols in set area of responsibility
Writing detailed and accurate reports regarding all incidents
Capability to complete patrols of commercial and residential property of our clients
Sustain effective relationships with key stakeholders
Professional and discrete 2-way radio and cellular phone communications
Performing opening and closing procedures of client premises
Maintain standards of fleet vehicles
Education Requirements (Any)
High School Diploma / GED
Certification Requirements (All)
Valid Class 5 Drivers License
