What you’ll do
Conduct learning needs assessments (LNA) to determine budget processes, reporting and Hyperion system learning requirements for identified stakeholders.
Determine the appropriate training material format based on LNA, Impact Assessments and discussions with business and project team to analyze determine and meet end user training requirements for Hyperion systems and finance processes.
Facilitate meetings with Finance SME’s to obtain content in an organized and efficient manner for an audience of managers and individual contributors.
Design and develop instructor-led and online Hyperion training material, including hands on exercises and associated data as required, as well as, quick reference guides and online help documents leveraging online design tools and adult learning principles.
Facilitate and lead training using a variety of delivery methods, including onsite workshops and online / virtual platforms
Leverage evaluation tools and metrics for training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness. Apply key learnings from evaluation and metrics feedback for ongoing learning and remediation where needed.
Maintain outstanding internal client and stakeholder relationships through timely and informative communication and follow-through
Experience managing resource coordination, identifying resource requirements and following project plans for training engagements where long term / multi-
location training is required.

Post-Secondary education Finance or business related preferred
Adult Learning Certification preferred
Strong proficiency in MS Office
Experience in developing and delivering online courses and other digital learning modules using online and digital education software programs and tools (Canvas OR UPK OR Articulate OR Captivate)
Software training development and delivery (ideally with Hyperion Planning and Fiancials or similar system)
Finance or Accounting background or experience (preferred)
3-5 years technical or software training & development and / or finance experience
Ability to work independently in an unstructured and fast paced environment
Demonstrated strong problem-solving, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills; able to plan and manage a schedule
