    The Role :

    ApplyBoard is hiring for a ServiceNow Developer to help build products to implement customer solutions on ServiceNow platform.

    ApplyBoard is creating a brand new workflow product with ServiceNow to impact thousands of students and schools across the globe.

    You will have the chance to build and grow the product from the ground up and impact our business direction.The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for delivering on ServiceNow deliverables based on new marketing product / service offerings or externally on-

    boarding and managing customer implementations of ServiceNow.

    The role will start off as a contract with the potential to extend or convert to full-time if necessary.

    Responsibilities :

  • Lead the new ServiceNow product development initiatives at ApplyBoard
  • Configure the ServiceNow solution to meet identified business requirements, process guides and functional requirements
  • Responsible for ServiceNow platform administration, development, documentation and technical support
  • Configure / Customize ServiceNow including Workflows, Service Catalog, UI, Client scripts, Business rules, UI Actions, Script Includes etc.
  • Participation in the full software development life cycle : analysis, design, coding, testing and deployment into production
  • Developing, designing, configuring and rollout of new application modules, workflows and catalog requests
  • Responsible for troubleshooting any errors found in the ServiceNow configuration
  • Authoring and maintaining technical documentation
  • Loading, manipulating and maintaining data within / between ServiceNow and other systems
  • Performing system and integration testing
  • A strong desire to produce quality work, adopt standards and adhere to those standards
  • Provide input to assist with continual improvement
  • Requirements :

  • Development experience specific to the implementation of ServiceNow products
  • Proficiency in Javascript
  • Experience with relational database systems and SQL queries
  • Experience administering a ServiceNow instance including managing the overall security of the platform, configuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs), developing workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, catalogue items, domain separation and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions
  • At least 2 years of experience with ServiceNow
  • Recent experience in senior development lead role
  • Nice to Have : ServiceNow Admin Certificated
