Your new role
Reporting to the VP you will work as part of a dynamic, close knit construction team. In the role you will gain broad exposure to the construction and development process.
Your primary role as Construction Manager will be to supervise the successful completion of construction projects. These projects are primarily multifamily residential and will include both concrete and wood frame product.
You will produce budgets, provide direction to external consultants and construction managers and ensure a quality product is delivered.
The role will be based in the Vancouver head office and will involve regular site visits. You will be empowered to make decisions and will gain exposure to the broader development lifecycle.
You will be supported in your role by a Construction Coordinator.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate is a team player with a relevant technical education (Engineering, Architecture, Construction) and knowledge of multi-
family residential construction. We are looking for a dynamic, detail oriented individual who enjoys a challenging and fast-
pace working environment. You must be an excellent communicator with 5-10 years of experience in multi-family construction.
Candidates from either a Developer or General Contractor background will be considered.
