What you will be doing
Reporting to the Manager, Client Services, the Client Interactive Specialist provide direct phone support to all associate base areas of hardware and software, installing and configuring installed hardware and software, assisting the Client Services Manager in completing network related projects and builds and sets up computers for associates.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Responsible for answering Help Desk phone calls and e-mails and generating service tickets into the system
Responsible for Tier 1 Support of all end users internal and remote
Documents data from all calls / e-mails and ensures all inquiries are assigned to proper technical assistant
Sets up user configurations for hardware and software
Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations
Performs related duties as assigned
What your background should look like (minimum qualifications)
Requires training in basic computer administration obtained through completion of technical vocational training or equivalent combination of experience and education;
normally requires one to three years of related experience. MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS :
Strong customer service skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Good analytical skills
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and creatively in order to improve satisfaction
Strong organization skills; attention to detail
Ability to analyze and repair hardware; must know basic software configurations
