Ensure a copy of the corresponding infraction tag accompanies infraction transmittals. These are reviewed daily and when an infraction tag is not received within 10 days or is missing, a follow-
up is done with the respective district management.
Communicate with district regarding due dates on upcoming infractions.
Receive transmittals regarding H infractions issued and update Banner as appropriate.
Ensure infraction tags are complete, accurate, consistent and filed after completion. Where they are not, a follow-up with the respective district management contact and / or HVAC Company is required.
Validate that the re-inspection order has been generated in Banner correctly, and if not, create or correct it.
Ensure a letter is sent to the customer / owner / builder concerning the infraction using the appropriate system.
Responsible for generating reports for infractions coming due 14 days prior to the due date of the infraction. If contact with customers is made, schedule the re-
inspection with the customer if not cleared by the 3rd party. Run adhoc reports as requested.
Responsible for the data entry of infractions, as well as the completion (clearing) of infractions as a result of written confirmation from the field, or contractors.
Responsible for receiving all correspondence from outside contractors concerning gas violations.
Deals with customers, Field Supervisors, Assistant Field Supervisors, Utility Services Representatives, DSD Channel Representatives and outside contractors.
Performs other departmental duties as required.
Qualifications : Required :
Minimum high school education required.
Must be able to type 40 words per minute net and have experience in operating a personal computer.
Must have the ability / aptitude to learn computer systems, Excel, Word, Facsys, Discoverer, etc.
Must be willing and able to work an irregular work week.
Must be capable of learning and interpreting Company policies and procedures, work codes.
Must be able to print and / or write in a clear and legible manner.
Must be able to work responsibly under direct and indirect supervision.
Must have the ability to work in a team environment.
Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks as once.
Must have strong communication skills (verbal and written)
