JOB DESCRIPTION

CORPORATE QUALITY AND CSR ASSISTANT (full time temporary until July 2020) Our client is a multinational leader in wireless telecommunications with offices around the world.

Position Description

Assist with executing and reporting on the Customer Experience Program which includes Net Promoter (NP)

  • Maintain a site for use between our client and their external service provider
  • Work with their Customer Experience service provider to create, review and analyse transactional surveys.
  • Help manage the development and implementation of relationship surveys
  • Assist with planning, scheduling and executing internal and external audits for the standards to which the company adheres (ISO 9001 : 2015, ISO27001)

  • Determine which QMS processes should be in the scope of the internal / external audits (based on previous external and internal audit findings, etc.)
  • Work to develop a cohesive agenda for internal and external audits including scheduling and notifying auditees
  • Review and update process documents
  • Assist with managing the approvals of an initial release or a document change for a process within the QMS repository.
  • Ensure QMS processes are maintained and being used appropriately Assist with gathering research for the execution and implementation of initiatives within the CSR program
  • Responsible Business Alliance (RBA)

  • Assist with maintaining our RBA certification including the internal and external audit process
  • Participate in RBA events / conferences to stay abreast of developments in CSR
  • CSR Goals

  • Draft key messages to internal and external stakeholders
  • Support goal owners with achieving their objectives and help manage the goal committees (agendas, terms of reference, meeting minutes, etc.)
  • Support the production of the annual CSR report
  • Develop infographics to represent progress toward goals
  • Manage intranet site Diversity & Inclusion
  • Support the Director in developing the D&I Plan
  • Conduct research on latest developments in D&I and summarize the findings
  • Assist with executing the D&I deliverables specifically in evolving our culture and championing D&I in our community
  • Conflict Minerals

  • Assist with managing the company’s conflict minerals’ program
  • Partner with service provider to track and report on the Conflict Minerals Report Templates
  • Work with the Finance team to prepare and submit annual CM report to SEC Assist with developing communication that will enhance the workforce’s knowledge of Corporate Quality initiatives.
  • Design / format and manage Manufacturing Engineering & Quality pages on the Intranet
  • Modify or create Work Instructions for tasks relevant to Corporate Quality
  • QUALIFICATIONS

    Required Education, Experience & Competencies

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering or related field
  • 1 2 years’ work experience in a fast-paced, preferably high-tech, environment in Corporate Quality and / or Corporate Social Responsibility
  • Lead auditor certification in ISO 9001 : 2015 preferred
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Demonstrated advanced proficiency with the MS Office suite of productivity products especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated proficiency with databases and ability to quickly learn to use new software tools
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to gather research, report and analyze findings, and present the data clearly so that it’s easily understood
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Ability to switch tacks easily
