Main responsibilities of the position :

Advise and influence managers throughout the recruitment process.

Contribute to and promote the evolution of the employer brand.
Contribute to improving processes related to talent acquisition.
Manage or participate in various projects related to talent acquisition, branding, resource development or other related areas.
Develop and maintain a network of contacts with industry, association, etc.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Industrial Relations or related field.
Being a member of the Order of Certified Human Resources Advisors is an asset.
Required qualifications :
Minimum of 5 years of relevant recruitment experience.
Experience in a recruitment firm is an asset.
Use social media as a source of recruitment.
Strong interpersonal skills that promote teamwork and collaboration.
Ability to guide and influence managers in talent acquisition.
Recruitment experience for various positions, including a variety of categories.
Bilingualism required - Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Familiarity with skills-based interview techniques and very good knowledge of innovative recruitment practices.

Condition of the position :
