Responsibilities :

  • Ensure three-way match when processing invoices; provide trouble shooting and quality control services for coworkers
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Subcontracts, Finance, and Project Management departments regarding deadlines and vendor relations
  • Communicate with external customers to resolve inquiries and concerns
  • Collaborate with a multinational team; members from Canada, USA, and Asia
  • Continuously improve and audit the Procure to Pay process, ensuring internal and external customers are satisfied
  • Participate in cost review meetings and complete weekly reporting for Project Management
  • General and administrative costs reconciliation, entry and payment
  • Payment of vendors and subcontractors in a timely fashion
  • Reconciliation of vendor statements
  • Qualifications :

  • 3 - 5 years of directly related Accounts Payable experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work with high volumes of invoices and be able to prioritize accordingly
  • Attention to detail is critical in this role
  • Analytical experience
  • Construction experience would be considered an asset
