Role Summary : You will be a subject matter expert regarding the analysis and optimal usage of marketing automation systems.
You will work with our clients as a digital marketing manager to execute on day to day marketing needs as well as encourage and drive digital transformation across business, technology, process and people, and create value by recommending, implementing and delivering innovative and effective solutions.
Drive client priorities towards their goals and objectives
Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
Execute email marketing campaigns for lead generation
Prepare digital marketing presentations and reports for clients
Collaborate with members of services team when required
Deployments, scheduling, QA, and post campaign analysis reports
Execute A / B testing to ensure highest response rates
Gain familiarity with clients' industries and optimize online content for user acquisition
Devise strategies to drive online traffic to clients' websites
Utilize a range of techniques including paid search, PPC (Pay Per Click) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Provide training sessions to clients on different marketing automation topics
Skills and Experience
Minimum 2-3 years in a Digital Marketing Manager role
Deep practical understanding of marketing & marketing automation
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices.
Good understanding of at least one marketing automation or CRM platform stack
Ability to take a consultative approach to probe for insights that will influence the overall marketing solution
Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills in developing solutions for complex client issues
Ability to identify and evaluate custom solutions to meet complex business requirements
Strong technical expertise and the proven ability to remain current with respect to industry trends; provincial and federal legislative policies and changes
A / B testing, tracking, segmentation, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), email marketing
Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
Proven organization skills and the ability to effectively coordinate the delivery of projects and services
Capable of multitasking within a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams
Ability to establish and maintain trust of clients
