What This Position is All About :

The full-time Vendor Compliance Analyst is responsible for thoroughly investigating supply chain related compliance chargeback inquiries and provides supporting documentation with clear communication to vendors and internal parties.

It is the analyst’s responsibility to support company objectives to improve compliance issues and resolve vendor inquiries on time and with exceptional written communication.

Who Are You :

  • Demonstrates ease in flexing all communication styles in order to build & maintain relationships
  • Has a good sense of time and is able to complete tasks in a timely manner by utilizing time management and organizational skills
  • An individual who is able to contribute to driving company results forward through their ideas with limited guidance and can effectively translate a strategy in an actionable plan
  • Customer focused with the ability to act promptly in routine situations and sees a clear plan of action to a positive result in the customer’s eyes
  • You Also Have :

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service / email inquiries role in distribution, supply chain, logistics or related field
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to explain and strongly communicate company standards to internal / external parties
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and strict SLAs (service level agreements)
  • Strong technical skills and comfort with different software applications
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications, with a focus on Word and Excel
  • Must be flexible and work in a team environment
  • Knowledge of logistics, shipping and distribution terminology and concepts
  • As The Analyst, Vendor Compliance you will :

  • Research and analyze compliance chargeback inquiries from vendors and buyers.
  • Train vendors on compliance system processes.
  • Monitor all vendor inquires to ensure company standards are maintained.
