The Administrative Sales Support is an integral part of our Inside Sales Department and is responsible for document issuance, quality control measures and various administrative functions relating to our Inside Sales Department.

Role Description

  • Review, administer and follow up on bookings and other associated travel forms
  • Follow up with passengers on relevant information that is missing or inconsistent
  • Verify bookings to ensure quality control of documents and files
  • Assist, follow up, and resolve customer issues and inquiries
  • Ensure operational inside sales commitments are met and customers are properly prepared prior to travel
  • Sort, screen, review and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and respond to inquiries in a timely manner

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Superior communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Degree / diploma in Travel & Tourism an asset
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to make decisions when necessary
  • International travel experience and strong geography knowledge an asset
  • Excellent computer and typing proficiency, and ability to learn new systems
