David Aplin Group has partnered with our client who is looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Manager with corporate Talent Acquisition Management experience that includes manufacturing with an excellent track record of recruiting at all levels, including direct sourcing of candidates for complex hard to fill roles.

Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor the TA team and build innovative Talent Acquisition strategies

including optimization of search engines, social networks, recruiting research, candidate generation, candidate experience

Develop a staffing system that is recognized for being collaborative, professional, responsive

and highly driven to achieve objectives

Develop and enhance the recruitment brand

Lead and manage the applicant tracking system

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management, Business, or other related fields

A Master’s Degree is desirable

8 years of Talent Acquisition Management experience

3 or more years in manufacturing
