A Canadian Carrier Sales Rep is responsible for the growth of current Canadian authority capacity, onboarding and developing new carriers, and being a cross border expert.

All of this should be done while providing impeccable service. They must build and maintain relationships to grow their carrier’s volume and Coyote’s margin.

These reps are tasked with identifying opportunities within their carrier portfolio, matching with our freight network, and offering creative solutions that provide for dynamic transportation needs.

Skills, Characteristics & Experience :

  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Fluency in French preferred
  • Clear, effective, and professional communication skills
  • Goal-oriented and persistent
  • Self-motivation and passion
  • A sense of urgency with the ability to multitask
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Adaptability and ability to hold composure in stressful situations
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Problem solving ability, issue resolution skills, proactive diligence
