Our large oil and gas client in Calgary is seeking a Sr. IT Business Analyst for scope collection / confirmation, and requirements gathering on multiple concurrent large infrastructure projects as part of an acquisition transformation team.
4-7 years’ experience working as a Business Analyst on medium to large infrastructure projects Including project financials, actions, risks and issues, project resources, project scope and execution plan
Experience collecting and managing scope and requirements across multiple projects concurrently
Nice to have :
Previous experience align and integrating multiple project resources, project scope and execution plan
Previous experience with managing project actions, risks and issues
Experience working with remote teams
Project experience in the oil and gas sector
Previous experience with Agile delivery
Previous experience within cloud first / cloud enabled organizations
Responsible for leading the collection and management of scope and requirements across multiple projects
Work with multiple concurrent projects in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
You will have responsibility for scope collection / confirmation, requirements gathering, helping to align the scopes and requirements to a defined schedule.
You will be engaged in day to day discussion with the project team, operations teams and stakeholders.
Duration : 8 Months initially with possibility of extension. 40hr / week
Location : Calgary is preferred but MST work hours is can work. This company will slowly transition to a mixture of work-from-home and in-office, so it is preferred you are in Calgary but not necessary
