About Our Client : Our client is a well established yet growing industrial products and services company.
Position Scope : As part of our client’s continued growth, they are expanding their sales team. We are looking for a motivated, high performing inside sales rep to promote and sell the company’s products to new and existing customers.

Various marketing activities to attract new potential clients including Cold Calling, market research and building your pipeline
Generating quotes, preparing pricing sheets, contact vendors for pricing, following up on sales quotes, processing orders
Handling all incoming calls and or emails from customers
Identifying new sales prospects and handling inbound lead requests
Following up on new and existing leads, working with the sales staff and programs to monitor effectiveness of sales leads
Meeting with potential clients, sales follow up and tracking to secure future business opportunities
Traveling to various job sites to meet with customers and participate in sales presentations or product inspections
Engaged in a comprehensive training program both internally and externally
Create and form lasting partnerships with existing and new clients
Execution and analysis of sales period reports
Monitor CRM pipeline sales activity including customer and sales staff follow up and resolution
Required Skills and Knowledge :
Technical Aptitude as an asset
The individual must be outgoing and enjoys meeting new people with a strong focus on consultative selling
Ability to prioritize and handle numerous assignments simultaneously
Strong problem-solving capabilities, strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, and ability to work in a team environment
Able to work independently and with others in a fast-paced, busy team environment
Understand social media platforms including, but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
The individual may be required to complete a personality profile questionnaire to determine suitability for the role
Excellent language and communication skills both verbal and written-
Attention to detail is critical, ability to multi-task are all essential to this position
Valid Drivers license
Education and Experience :
University degree an asset, preferably but not necessarily in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Entrepreneurship or related fields for Sales
Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, call centers, marketing or technical products is an asset but not required
