What do I need to know?
We are searching for committed, results-oriented Harmonized Life Licensed Qualified Program Advisors HLLQP , ready to help consumer assess their insurance need, provide a solution and field client inquires.
Being regarded as an industry expert, professional and sharp as a tack is key.
Individuals will be directly accountable and responsible for telephone performance and client satisfaction. You must have the ability to embrace a system that evolves rapidly.
Adaptable, work with a sense of urgency, and the capability to build positive and lasting relationships with clients are key skills.
What will I do?
Manage incoming sales opportunities
Manage outbound sales opportunities from qualified prospects who’ve initiated contact
Account for and track activities and results in an organized manner
Reconnect with current clients to ensure satisfaction and build on your relationships
Resolve any client inquiries by partnering with the appropriate community member
What qualifications do I need?
History in direct sales, financial or retail, or customer service environment
Ability to generate new clients or create opportunities with centers of influence
Life and Accident and Sickness License or willingness to complete the Harmonized Life License Qualification Program HLLQP
Drive for meeting or exceeding performance targets
Profound ability to listen and build trust with people
Knack for networking and building relationships
A strong work ethic, self-starter and willing to be uncomfortable and act anyway
Act as a brand ambassador representing Longevity Achieved and what we stand for
Ability to self-manage in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
What we offer :
$35,000 - $50,000 base pay with additional bonus opportunities (expected total compensation of $50,000 - $65,000)

What should I expect to make?
$50,000 to $65,000 with unlimited bonus potential ($35,000 to $50,000 base pay, plus vacation & personal time)
