  • Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Ensuring exceptional service delivery of all Food & Beverage services.
  • Participating actively in a multi-dimensional work environment.
  • Working closely with the Banquet Manager, Executive Chef and Catering Sales Manager to ensure each Banquet function is executed perfectly.
  • Assisting in training, inventories, scheduling, payroll, and forecasting.
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and providing exceptional guest service.
  • Acting proactively and as a resource when addressing service / guest queries.
  • Ideal Candidates

  • Are supportive of creativity and innovation.
  • Ensure departmental adherence to and awareness of Health & Safety standards.
  • Work towards continuous improvement and quality.
  • Perform any other Food & Beverage / Banquet duties as required.
