Dr. Alfred T Chan, Medical Inc. - a full service family practice. Teaching optional. Obstetrics optional. Hospital privileges preferred.
Walk-in clinic optional. The practice requires 2 FTE FPs Currently only has 1.3 FTE to 1.5 FTE. Dr. Chan is the principal FTE who also does Acupuncture by referral.
There is room for another part-time or full-time FTE FP to allow Dr. Chan to reduce office practice or to expand his hospital practice.
New associate can develop or maintain a FSFP or a FP with special interests.
