We are growing our People Operations team with a Talent Acquisition Specialist remote in the PST to EST timezone.

In this role, you will:

  • Full cycle recruitment. You will post jobs, SOURCE SOURCE SOURCE, screen applications, conduct interviews, schedule interviews, and generate offers. You’ll recruit both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Collaborate & Lead. Partner with hiring teams to build effective strategies to attract the best talent to Jungle Scout. Build strong and trusted relationships with hiring teams as their recruiting subject matter expert. Lead, coach, & support hiring team members through the hiring process.
  • Innovate. Proactively bring ideas to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies. You’ll help us level-up month after month. 
  • Network. Stay active on job boards, social networks, and platforms to advertise and find top talent. Participate in communities where top talent exists.
