About The Job - Strategic Account Director

Influitive pioneered Customer Advocacy, and today 100's of Enterprises across the globe deploy our platform to target, gamify, and reward their top customers.

Customers are the heart of every business and can help companies win market share, drive upsells and prevent customer churn.

We partner with primarily the Customer Marketing and Customer Experience departments to help them achieve goals like driving more referrals, references, reviews.

Today, 8 out of the top 10 global software companies embrace our platform to drive more customer engagement. In this role, you'll consult directly with some of our enterprise clients' marketing and customer success teams, as well as selling to senior-level execs to grow and expand our key accounts.

And you'll do it all across North America.

How you'll make a huge impact here - and on your career :

  • Educate and guide stakeholders through the buyer's journey to help them learn how Influitive can grow their business and achieve their goals.
  • Dissect and qualify prospects' business goals to determine if Influitive can be a strategic investment for their business' growth.
  • Create amazing relationships with our clients' Advocate Marketers, Marketing and Customer Success executives (CMO / VP-level), and inspire these stakeholders to push the boundaries of their customer marketing and advocacy strategies with our platform.
  • Celebrate what our customers love about our platform, sharing case studies and stories to inspire clients in the process of identifying and pitching upsell and cross-sell deals.
  • Convert qualified leads into opportunities and close new business consistently at or above quota level.
  • Collaborate with your Sales and CSM counterparts, maintaining customer activity and prospect records in Salesforce and using tools such as Sales Navigator, Outreach, Gong to give you a defined approach
  • Visit customers and accounts for in-person presentations to key stakeholders and help secure a trusted relationship with clients.

  • What an incredible candidate looks like :

  • Over 5 years of B2B SaaS experience growing mid market and enterprise accounts
  • You have a talent for solving sticky situations, creating consensus and turning customers into raving fans
  • Strong track record of success in sales and customer success, comfortable closing deals with an ASP of $50K+. Bonus if you've got experience successfully executing sales cycles with Marketing / Sales.
  • You can assist in scoping and mapping out an enterprise organization, looking for ways to deepen the Influitive relationship across the organization
  • You have a bias toward action and love to dive in and get stuff done
  • You're well organized and can handle managing a lot of accounts all at once
  • You're really approachable, got great energy that people gravitate toward and people will trust you to carry the Influitive flag
  • You are comfortable working with clients at any level in the organization, nurturing them as needed, and becoming a trusted advisor
  • You're naturally curious and confident, love to ask questions, listen and learn from conversations
  • You've got a competitive attitude and have previous experience crushing quotas
