Accident Benefits Law Clerk Insurance Defence
Our client, one of the Canada’s top insurance defence firms, is in need of an Accident Benefits Law Clerk to join its team.

The duties and responsibilities are as follows :
Briefing AB file materials, which include physically organizing the file and preparing medical briefs Preparation of medical summaries Preparation of OCF-18 outcome charts Monitoring and following up with productions, and responding to production requests Preliminary log note redactions Preparation for Hearings and Appeals, including preparation of document briefs, contacting and arranging witnesses attendance and arranging for witness preparation for hearings, including service of summons Updated briefing of productions received from opposing counsel and / or updated file materials from clients, updated medical summaries and updated OCF-18 chart Demonstrated ability to docket 1300 billable hours
3-5 years of AB Law Clerk experience is required!
Insurance Defence experience is an absolute must in order to be considered for this role!
Salary up to 60k to start. Commensurate with experience.
