What you have
Proficient with Microsoft Project (scheduling software)
1 year minimum experience in a similar position in the real estate development industry, Municipal Planning or other related industry
Analytical aptitude - able to compare data, information and crunch numbers
MS Office skills Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Access to a vehicle for visiting project sites, consultant offices and city halls of various municipalities
